In this role, you’ll assist customers, learn the ins and outs of the insurance industry, and play an important part in helping people protect what matters most. What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers with questions about their policies and coverage options
- Support the sales team by helping generate quotes and follow up with clients
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and day-to-day office support tasks
- Learn multiple insurance products and how to match them to customer needs
- Help identify opportunities to better serve customers
- Training provided – no experience necessary
- Base pay plus bonus/commission opportunities
