Production Support Associate - Level II - 1st Shift
DESCRIPTION
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Ensure Safety : Proactively stop work and report any major injury hazards, and comply with all HSE standards, policies, and procedures.
- Promote Health : Report any work-related injuries, illnesses, incidents, or hazards, and use appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Enhance Quality : Follow standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures, and perform quality inspections to identify and control non-conforming material.
- Achieve Production Goals : Operate equipment independently to meet customer expectations, achieve production goals, and maintain the required cycle time or engineering standards.
- Maintain Cleanliness : Keep your work area clean and orderly, perform routine housekeeping tasks, and carry out planned operator care and maintenance tasks.
- Support Team Members : Instruct and coach others, act as an informal resource for team members with less capability, and communicate effectively with your team and support teams.
- Improve Processes : Participate actively in improving quality, safety, processes, material flow, and employee development.
- Minimize Environmental Impact : Recognize how your work may impact the environment and work to minimize any negative effects, while engaging in HSE training.

Education, Licenses, Certifications: High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. Experience: Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
