What Youll Do In this role, youll be the critical link between accident investigations, claims management, compliance, and safety data analysis. Every day brings something new: Oversee auto, bodily injury, and general liability claims in partnership with our insurance carriers and TPAs. Support accident and injury investigations, keeping our Safety Registers accurate and up to date. Manage drug alcohol program compliance, quarterly random testing, and FMCSA reporting. Monitor driver MVRs and ensure all records are clean and compliant. Play a hands-on role in dispute resolution, arbitration, and special projects that safeguard our operations. Partner with the Director of Safety Risk to deliver timely, thorough responses that keep our drivers, terminals, and company protected. Who Were Looking For Youll be a great fit if you bring: Experience in claims management, risk support, or paralegal work (a strong plus!)
