Office Coordinator
Come join our team! The Plymouth Community Chamber of Commerce is looking for an Office Coordinator who will be the welcoming spark that greets every caller and visitor who steps into the Chamber of Commerce - showing them what Plymouth pride feels like. This role helps bring community traditions to life, supporting the events and activities that make Plymouth such a beloved place.
The position requires a team player with outstanding customer service, the ability to multitask, excellent written communication, organization, and flexibility.
Primary responsibilities include:
· Serves as the frontline customer service representative, answering phones and assisting visitors.
· Handles event registration and logistics
· Database management
· Creating invitations and newsletters
· Processes gift card sales
The Plymouth Community Chamber of Commerce is a local business association serving Plymouth and Plymouth Township. We serve 670 member businesses, and it is the place where commerce meets community.
The position is for four days per week (Mon-Thur), and additional hours when needed.
