Hands on Training

Prepare ingredients for various menu items, including chopping vegetables, butchering meats, and portioning ingredients.

Set up workstations with all the necessary ingredients and equipment.

Ensure all food items are stored properly and maintained at correct temperatures.

Follow recipes and preparation guidelines accurately.

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all sanitation regulations.

Assist with inventory management and receiving deliveries as needed.

Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow.

Previous experience in a professional kitchen setting.

Familiarity with standard kitchen equipment and techniques.

Ability to follow recipes and adhere to food safety standards.

Basic knife skills.

Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Reliable transportation to get to Lake Orion, Michigan.
