Salary Range: $76,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
• Monitor process performance using statistical analysis and data interpretation to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, R&D, quality) to achieve operational goals.
• Ensure processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards and regulations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in a process engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data-driven process optimization.
• Experience with process mapping, P&IDs, and manufacturing execution systems (MES).

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for layout or equipment design
• Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or SCADA platforms
