Branch Manager

📋 Description:

We’re seeking a results-driven Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a strong team, and drive growth. You’ll be responsible for managing people, processes, and profitability across all departments. Prior dealership or equipment industry experience is highly preferred. This role offers direct exposure to ownership and the opportunity to help shape the future of a growing branch in one of Michigan’s top dealerships.

🎯 Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations
• Interview, hire, train, and evaluate employees
• Develop and implement yearly business plans with ownership
• Drive profitability and departmental performance
• Set goals and expectations for department managers
• Meet with owners/managers to review quarterly performance
• Evaluate vendors, product lines, and inventory strategy
• Create and execute long-term growth plans
• Review and recommend compensation adjustments
• Resolve internal issues and ensure customer satisfaction

✅ Requirements:

• Proven experience in a leadership or branch management role
• Excellent team-building and relationship management skills
• Strong math/financial skills for reporting and analysis
• Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution abilities
• Familiarity with CRMs, inventory software, and office tools
• Knowledge of construction or agricultural equipment preferred

💰 Compensation:

• Base Salary : $80,000 – $100,000 (based on experience)
• Performance Bonus : Eligible based on branch performance
