Salary Range: $125,000 - $175,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Direct overall plant operations to achieve production, quality, and efficiency targets.
• Manage the P&L, develop budgets, and ensure financial goals are met.
• Formulate and execute strategic plans to drive growth and market competitiveness.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across all departments.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Oversee supply chain management and foster strong customer relationships.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior leadership or general management role within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated P&L responsibility and strong financial management acumen.
• Track record of implementing and sustaining continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans to drive operational excellence and growth.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, Industry 4.0)
• Multilingual proficiency, particularly relevant for global operations or diverse workforces
• Proven track record in successful new product introduction (NPI) within a manufacturing environment
