Packaging Associate Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $15.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm )

• Associates will be carefully inspecting and packaging fresh fruits and vegetables with speed and accuracy. Individuals must be detail oriented. This is not just another warehouse job – it’s a chance to grow with a company that is as passionate about people as it is about produce.
• Weekly overtime and occasional Saturdays may be available during peak season
• Weekly hours may fluctuate depending on the season (the peak season is fall/winter months).
• Opportunity for pay increase at 90 days

Dress Code

• No jewelry - that included facial piercings, earrings, necklaces, rings (except plain wedding band)
• No fake nails or nail polish
• No false eye lashes or eye lash extensions
• No leggings, shorts, capri’s or tank tops.
• No sequins on clothing.
• Closed-toed, non-slip comfortable shoes (Footwear must be clean, with no holes)

Packaging Associate Qualifications:

• Able to comply with all dress code standards
• Must be able to stand up to 10 hours
• Ability to bend, reach and lift up to 40lbs. for the entire shift
• No education requirements

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
