ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened on May 1, 2025, and were currently a growing team of two team members plus myself. While were new as an agency, I bring extensive leadership experience from my previous career in education, where I served in leadership roles and developed teams built on structure, accountability, and growth.

Im a proud father of eight (four sons and four daughters) which makes family a central part of who I am. Im deeply family-oriented and success-driven, and I bring that same commitment into our agency every day.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Thomas Hill - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
