Our agency opened on May 1, 2025, and were currently a growing team of two team members plus myself. While were new as an agency, I bring extensive leadership experience from my previous career in education, where I served in leadership roles and developed teams built on structure, accountability, and growth. Im a proud father of eight (four sons and four daughters) which makes family a central part of who I am. Im deeply family-oriented and success-driven, and I bring that same commitment into our agency every day. I strongly believe in paying it forward and leaving everything better than I found it. As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Thomas Hill - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
