Salary Range: $70,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
• Design, validate, and implement manufacturing tools, fixtures, and equipment.
• Support the transition of new products from design to manufacturing, ensuring manufacturability and smooth production ramp-up.
• Investigate and resolve manufacturing issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
• Create and maintain detailed manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process specifications, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Select, justify, install, and qualify new manufacturing equipment and machinery.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, assembly, fabrication).
• Experience with CAD/CAM software for design and simulation.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Familiarity with data analysis and Statistical Process Control (SPC).

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with advanced simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim)
• Experience with robotics programming or automation integration
• Strong data analytics skills for manufacturing process optimization
