As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the business, ensuring that we deliver excellent service, maintain high standards, and achieve our financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and Manage: Oversee all daily operations, ensuring the cafe runs smoothly and efficiently
• Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve their best performance
• Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer experiences and address any concerns promptly
• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, control costs, and work towards achieving sales targets
• Operational Standards: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food safety regulations
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control, ordering, and supplier relationships.
• Problem Solving: Quickly resolve operational challenges to keep the cafe running smoothly
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team and the cafe, implementing improvements as needed

Face-to-face interactions with crew members and customers are essential. Additionally, candidates must be legally eligible to work and hold a valid driver's license.
• Preferred Experience: 2 years of managerial experience in quick service restaurants or similar fast-paced food settings, and a ServSafe certification are preferred.
