ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Our Global client is looking for an iOS Developer for their Farmington Hills, MI location.
• The Business-to-employee (B2E) team's main focus is to enhance the employee experience by providing the latest products and/or optimized services to all corporate employees via mobile apps/smart devices. The iOS Developer will leverage current skills to strengthen our mobile development capabilities and create mobile applications. (30%)
• Act as a Systems Analyst for the application. Understand the functional aspects, business processes, interfaces, screens, mock-ups, business flow and data of dependent systems. Strong understanding of how to structure code, patterns, development design, data structures, and development. (25%)
• Develop and Implement System Changes: Work with business partners to develop system requirements; Develop program changes; Develop use cases; Execute test plans; Implement system changes. (15%)
• Plan/Communicate: Develop plans and time estimates; Track progress to plans; Communicate status, issues and risks to manager on a timely basis. Develop strong and productive relationships with business partners, colleagues and management. (15%)
• Comply with departmental standards: Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with IT standards, as defined in business process system. Perform production support: promptly address customer issues/tickets; address system issues by performing root cause analysis and eliminating repeat problems. (15%)
MUST-HAVES REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor’s Degree is required for this role. Master’s Degree preferred.
2. Hands-on experience with designing and building medium to large-scale enterprise systems
3. Proactive mindset, technical background, and business analysis skills to develop/support an application(s) with in the Business to employee (B2E) domain.
NICE-TO-HAVES REQUIREMENTS:
1. 2+ years of application development experience.
2. 2+ years of Instructional Design/Technology experience
3. 1 1/2+ years of Information Technology experience
4. Swift 3.x, Java, UIWebView remote debugging concepts.
