Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)
Compensation: Pay Per Visit | $50–$53 per visit + $10,000 Sign-On Bonus | Mileage reimbursement | Full benefits package (details provided during the interview process)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | 1 weekend per month | 2 holidays per year About the Opportunity:

The Registered Nurse (RN) will deliver high-quality home health care within a defined local territory (approximately a 30-minute radius). This role focuses on patient-centered care, clinical excellence, and independence in the field. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
- Perform assessments, develop care plans, and monitor patient progress
- Educate patients and families on care plans and health management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Associate Degree in Nursing (or higher)
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Michigan
- Minimum of 1 year of RN experience
- AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
- Home Health experience strongly preferred
- Clean nursing license
- Experience with adult patient populations (non-pediatric focused)
- Strong clinical judgment and independence
- Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
- Ability to manage time and workload effectively in a field-based role
