Two dedicated Occupational Therapists are needed: one for a full-time position and another for part-time, both beginning in September. Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Michigan Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
• Previous experience in school-based OT or with K-12 student populations preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with educational staff, parents, and other therapists
• Demonstrated ability to create customized intervention plans for students with varying needs
• Flexibility to adapt to new environments and caseloads

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations of students’ motor and functional skills
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy, consultative services, and resources for students and staff
• Document student progress and maintain compliance with all documentation requirements
• Engage in interdisciplinary meetings and collaborate closely with teachers and school personnel
