Call Center Agent
:
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Call Center Agent to handle inbound and outbound customer calls, provide product/service information, resolve inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a patient, empathetic approach to customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Customer Inquiries: Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats regarding product/service questions, billing issues, complaints, and general support.
- Outbound Calls: Conduct follow-up calls, surveys, or sales calls as required.
- Problem Resolution: Identify customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide appropriate solutions while adhering to company policies.
- Document Interactions: Accurately log call details, customer feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Meet Performance Metrics: Achieve targets for call handling time, first-call resolution, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and quality assurance.
- Upsell/Cross-sell: Promote additional products or services when applicable.
- Escalate Complex Issues: Route unresolved concerns to the appropriate department for further assistance.
- Stay Updated: Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
- Maintain Professionalism: Ensure a courteous and professional demeanor in all interactions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required).
- Experience: Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or sales role is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication in [required languages].
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency (CRM software, Microsoft Office, etc.).
