What You'll Do

• As Landscape Foreman, you'll be the driving force on job sites, ensuring every detail reflects the Turf Jockeys name.
• Lead daily operations on high-end landscape construction projects.
• Interpret and execute plans hardscape layouts, planting designs, drainage systems.
• Supervise and mentor crews of 36 installers; foster a positive, productive culture.
• Oversee logistics material deliveries, equipment operation, subcontractor coordination.
• Operate equipment excavators, skid steers, trenchers, laser levels.
• Track progress meet deadlines and budgets in collaboration with project managers.
• Communicate with clients ensure satisfaction at every stage.
• Enforce safety protocols maintain compliance with environmental and local regulations.

What You Bring

• Experience: 5 - 7+ years of hands-on landscape construction (hardscape, custom outdoor builds)
• Leadership: Prior team leadership or crew management experience
• Technical skills: Proficient in reading blueprints, site plans, and construction drawings
• Bonus knowledge: Plant materials, irrigation systems, softscape installation
• Equipment operation: Skilled with excavators, skid steers, trenchers, and more
• Professionalism: Reliable, punctual, and client-ready demeanor
• Credentials: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; high school diploma required; landscape or construction certifications preferred
