About the Role:
We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team at Storm Insurance Agency - Meemic Insurance in Marquette, MI. As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized service to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have
- Develop and implement strategies to retain and grow existing client accounts
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for new business development
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license in the state of Michigan
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
