Salary Range: $94,000 - $141,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and champion continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, TPM) across manufacturing operations.
• Identify and analyze process inefficiencies, waste, and bottlenecks using data-driven methodologies.
• Develop, implement, and manage a portfolio of CI projects to achieve measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to employees at all levels on CI principles, tools, and methodologies.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and sustain gains from improvement activities.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and drive a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
• Standardize best practices and ensure adherence to new processes and systems post-implementation.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and implementing continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) within a manufacturing environment.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to process optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and influence cross-functional teams at all levels.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Proficiency with advanced data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and their application in manufacturing
• Experience working in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., FDA, ISO)
