Mobile RV Repair Technician

Independent Camper RV Repair is seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile RV Technician to join our growing team this upcoming spring/summer. In this exciting role, you will be the face of our company, providing top-quality service to our valued customers at their convenience.

About the Role:

• Mobile Service: Your task will include performing on-site diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of RV types (motorhomes, travel trailers, fifth wheels, etc.) at customer locations (campgrounds, homes, etc.), both alone and as a team.
• Vehicle Provided: A company vehicle will be provided for use during work hours.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, typical work hours 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
• Customer Interaction: Build strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service and communication.

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience as an RV Technician is required.
• Certification: RVTI, RVIA, or other relevant certifications preferred, but not required.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of RV systems (electrical, plumbing, appliances, etc.) and the tools we use to repair them.
• Independent & Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer Service: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Driving: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
