ResponsibilitiesClient Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for personal lines clients, providing them with excellent customer service and addressing all inquiries promptly.
Policy Management: Assist clients with modifications to their policies, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Claims Support: Guide clients through the claims process, offering advice and support to ensure a smooth experience.
Renewal Coordination: Handle policy renewals timely, coordinating with clients to review their insurance needs and adjustments as necessary.
Sales Support: Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling personal lines products to existing clients.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with account managers and support staff to deliver cohesive and comprehensive insurance solutions.
RequirementsLicensing: An active Michigan Property & Casualty License is required .
Experience: Proven experience in customer service and insurance account management, with a focus on personal lines insurance is required.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to understand and respond to customer needs effectively.
Customer-Centric: Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple accounts and attention to detail in policy and document management.
Problem Solver: Capable of analyzing client needs and providing appropriate solutions.
Organizational Skills: Efficacious in managing time and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
