Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a positive experience for our clients. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Utilize scheduling software to dispatch technicians
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately to ensure customer information is up-to-date.
• Engage in outbound calling to follow up with clients and gather feedback on services.
• Provide support to other team members
• Follow up and follow through with projects
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve client services.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions in the office database.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years previous experience in customer support or client services is required.
• Proficiency in computer systems including Micorsoft Office suite and data entry skills is essential.
• Previous experience with scheduling and dispatching strongly preferred
• Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate documentation.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in high-pressure environments
