Job Title: HVAC Service Technician / Installer

We are currently hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician / Installer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience. This position is for someone who can perform service work, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations professionally, safely, and efficiently.

Starting Pay: $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

Diagnose, service, repair, and install residential and light commercial HVAC systems

Work on furnaces, air conditioners, coils, water heaters, mini-splits, and related HVAC equipment

Perform system troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, and equipment replacement

Assist with or complete furnace, AC, coil, water heater, and mini-split installations

Understand basic electrical, gas piping, venting, condensate, airflow, and refrigeration practices

Use meters, gauges, hand tools, and HVAC service tools properly and safely

Communicate clearly with customers and office staff

Document work performed, take photos when required, and maintain clean job sites

Follow company standards, safety procedures, and local code requirements

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of HVAC service and/or installation experience required

Must be able to work independently and complete quality work without constant supervision

Valid driver’s license required

Reliable transportation required

EPA certification preferred

Must pass a background check

Must have basic hand tools

Must be professional, dependable, and able to communicate clearly with customers

Important:

This is an experienced position. Applicants without at least 3 years of hands-on HVAC service or installation experience may not be considered at this time.
