Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output targets and schedules.
• Manage, train, and evaluate the performance of production line personnel.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and implement corrective actions for defects.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Monitor production metrics and prepare regular performance reports.
• Oversee equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshoot operational issues.

• Proven experience in a manufacturing production environment, with prior supervisory experience.

• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous improvement (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams and other departments.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean/Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certification.
• Proficiency with manufacturing ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex).
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., English/Spanish) to support a diverse workforce.
• Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., FDA, Aerospace, Automotive).
