Overview
X-Ray Technologist – Radiology, Mount Clemens, Michigan. Travel assignment starts 06/15/2026 for 13 weeks with 40 guaranteed hours per week. Shift: 5x8 evenings. Work setting: hospital-based radiology department. Weekly pay range: $1,905–$1,981 per week.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and participate in CT imaging procedures, setting up, monitoring, and operating CT equipment; position patients and apply immobilization devices as needed for safety.
- Obtain patient identification and relevant clinical history; screen for known allergies and pertinent medical history prior to imaging.
- Properly prepare and inject IV contrast when indicated, following protocol; monitor patients for allergic reactions and manage as needed.
- Acquire, develop, and record CT images for the patient’s permanent file; ensure image quality and document studies for future reference.
- Maintain equipment and workflow quality: perform daily calibration and quality control, address basic equipment issues per department guidelines, and assist with workflow planning and patient scheduling.
- Support Radiologists and other physicians in specialized radiologic procedures and review pertinent patient data to aid diagnosis.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of radiologic imaging experience (XRAY); traveler experience preferred.
- Certifications: ARRT and BLS required.
- Active state licensing/registration as required by regulations for radiology professionals.
- Ability to work in a hospital setting and participate in CT imaging procedures; adapt to an evening shift and potential weekend on-call duties.
- Strong patient-care focus, excellent safety practices, and ability to follow department protocols and quality standards.
