Location

West Coast Region (Washington, Oregon, California, and Arizona) - candidate must live within this territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the assigned region.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously enhance customer experience and drive product innovation based on client feedback and market trends.
• Act as a product expert, conducting engaging presentations and demonstrations to showcase our industry-leading solutions and educate customers on best practices through our unique “Metal Control Audit”.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of consultative selling in the industrial sector.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, deeply committed to customer education and satisfaction.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and travel up to 50% of the time.
• The Ability to speak Spanish and English is not required, but preferred.
• Must live within the territory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
