Position Overview

PMP Personnel Services is seeking a reliable and safety-focused DOT Shuttle Driver to join our team. This role involves transporting passengers safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Valid DOT Medical Card / DOT Physical (REQUIRED)

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys driving, working independently, and interacting with the public.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a shuttle/bus in accordance with DOT regulations
• Transport passengers to and from designated locations
• Maintain adherence to all safety policies and procedures
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Provide professional and friendly customer service
• Maintain accurate documentation as required

Requirements (Must Meet All Qualifications)

• Valid DOT Medical Card / DOT Physical (REQUIRED)
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment Drug Screen
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong safety awareness and reliability
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous shuttle, bus, or commercial driving experience
• Experience working in a customer-facing role
