Salary Range: $56,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for production, technical, and administrative roles within the manufacturing plant.
• Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
• Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, including OSHA regulations.
• Facilitate new hire onboarding, safety orientations, and ongoing training and development programs for plant employees.
• Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and corrective action plans.
• Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data, generating reports for workforce planning and compliance.
• Assist with the administration of compensation, benefits, and payroll processes for the manufacturing workforce.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong command of federal and state employment laws (e.g., FMLA, ADA, FLSA) and HR best practices.
• Demonstrated expertise in complex employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution, particularly with hourly workforces.
• Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment and retention strategies for diverse manufacturing roles.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and experience supporting workplace safety initiatives.

Bonus Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) to support a diverse workforce
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and manufacturing safety protocols
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience with HRIS/timekeeping systems in a multi-shift, hourly environment
