Salary Range: $86,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive EHS policies, procedures, and programs.
• Ensure strict compliance with all federal, state, and local environmental, health, and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA).
• Conduct regular risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations, implementing corrective actions.
• Manage and deliver EHS training programs for all employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Oversee environmental management systems, including waste management, air emissions, and wastewater discharge permitting.
• Lead the development and execution of emergency preparedness and response plans.
• Drive continuous improvement in EHS performance and foster a strong safety culture across the facility.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive EHS experience in a manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant federal, state, and local EHS regulations.
• Demonstrated experience developing, implementing, and managing EHS programs and management systems (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Proven ability to lead incident investigations, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective actions.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean/Six Sigma certification or experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency with advanced EHS management software platforms (e.g., Enablon, Gensuite).
• Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) or Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) designation.
• Experience leading sustainability initiatives or ESG reporting.
• Fluency in a second language relevant to the manufacturing workforce.
