Position Overview

The Patient Care Coordinator plays a vital role in the success of our practice by managing patient communication, scheduling, and front-office systems. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys building strong relationships with patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage provider templates and goals
• Use phone and in-office scripts confidently to educate and guide patients
• Maintain electronic patient records accurately within the practice software
• Manage the hygiene re-care system, maintaining strong reappointment rates
• Prepare for upcoming appointments and follow up with patients as needed
• Communicate clearly and effectively with patients and team members
• Represent the practice in a positive, professional manner at all times

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Minimum 1 year of office experience (2 years preferred)
• Strong typing and computer skills
• Excellent communication, listening, and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and stay calm under pressure
• Commitment to confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, and professionalism
