• Build and manage your own book of insurance clients

Compensation Structure

We offer one of the most competitive commission structures in the industry:

For Your Own Leads / Book of Business

• 75% New Business Commission
• 50% Renewal Commission

For Agency-Provided Leads

• 70% New Business Commission
• 30% Renewal Commission

Your book is your clients. Your effort directly drives your income.
First year minimum base compensation/commission (whichever is higher)
