What You'll Do
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems
Run service calls independently while delivering top-tier customer service
Install and repair fixtures, faucets, toilets, water heaters, sump pumps, garbage disposals, and related systems
Perform drain cleaning and assist with sewer and water line repairs as needed
Clearly explain findings and repair options to customers with honesty and professionalism
Complete work orders accurately using mobile/electronic documentation
Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
Follow all applicable plumbing codes and safety standards
What We're Looking For
Apprentice, Journeyman, or equivalent residential plumbing experience
Experience independently running residential service calls strongly preferred
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift, bend, kneel, work in crawl spaces, and meet the physical demands of the job
