We're hiring a W-2 Occupational Therapist (OT)  to provide K–12 school-based services  for the 2025 - 2026 School Year . Whether you're an experienced Occupational Therapist  or new to the field, you’ll be supported by a team that understands the real challenges and joys of this work—and is here to help you thrive.

Position Details

• Caseload:  K–12,
• Schedule: Â Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
• Hours: Â 37.5 hours/week
• Dates:  4/14/26 – 6/4/26, with potential to renew for 2025 - 2026
• Location: Â Onsite in Michigan

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services aligned with student IEPs
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine OT needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student participation
• Document services and progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current Michigan License in Occupational Therapy
• School-based experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for supporting diverse learners in a school setting
