As a Car Sales Representative at Brown Motors, you will play a key role in understanding and meeting customer automotive needs, guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process with expertise and care. Responsibilities- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Actively engage the local community and create a robust online presence to develop a client base.
- Understand each customers unique needs and navigate them through our range of vehicles.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and accompany customers on test drives.
- Manage sales processes and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
- Work with the Customer Relationship Management (C.R.M.) system to schedule one to two appointments daily.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Stay informed about new products, features, and accessories available, and translate their benefits to customers.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of showroom and promotional displays, including removing snow from vehicles and display areas as needed.
- Proven experience in sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- Ability to build rapport and foster business relationships.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and an ongoing commitment to professional development.
