Salary Range: $78,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We partner with manufacturers across Grandville seeking HR Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment and staffing for production, technical, and administrative roles.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
- Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs tailored for the manufacturing sector.
- Coordinate and deliver training and development programs, emphasizing safety and skill enhancement.
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and development plans.
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) and lead incident investigations.
Recommended Qualifications
- Extensive experience in HR management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in labor relations, compliance (e.g., OSHA, FLSA), and HR best practices specific to manufacturing operations.
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle talent acquisition, development, and retention for a diverse production workforce.
- Strong background in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive and safe plant culture.
- Ability to strategically partner with plant leadership to align HR initiatives with operational goals and drive business results.
Bonus Qualifications
- Multilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) to support a diverse workforce.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or similar process improvement experience.
- OSHA 30-hour certification or advanced safety leadership training.
- Experience with HR modules of an integrated manufacturing ERP system (e.g., SAP HR, Oracle EBS).
- Prior experience in a non-HR manufacturing role (e.g., production supervisor, operations analyst).
