What Makes This Role Special
As an Assistant Lead Supervisor, youll support in delivering excellent guest experiences, ensuring team development, and maintaining high quality and operational standards. Youll assist in day-to-day operations under leadership, help foster culture, and help ensure consistency in execution.

A Day in the Life
Support your team and bakery operations while creating joy for guests. Throughout your shift, you'll:

What You Bring to the Table
  • 1-3 years of leadership experience in retail or food service
  • High school diploma/GED (post-secondary education a plus)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic business math and computer proficiency
  • Problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Food safety certification (or within 30 days)
  • Flexible to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for extended periods, capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, and able to move throughout the bakery
