Data Entry Clerk Details:

• Temporary position
• $15.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in Microsoft Outlook and other office systems.
• Answer and place phone calls to clients in a professional manner.
• Schedule and confirm client appointments.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to office staff.
• Assist with filing, correspondence, and other office tasks as assigned.

Data Entry Clerk Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and basic computer functions.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
