How you'll make an impact

• Working under guidance and direction from senior staff, identify and research prospective clients.
• Develop basic functional knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures for a field of specialization.
• Apply a range of standard skills within a specific practice area.

About You

Bachelor's degree and 0 year's related experience required.

Preferred: 1+ years' in a professional services organization. 1+ years' telephone sales experience. Strong working knowledge of potential clients and the insurance brokerage business.

Compensation and benefits

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
