THE POSITION

Senior IT Business Systems Analyst, AUMOVIO Systems, Inc., Auburn Hills, MI: Develop and optimize IT Service Management (ITSM) processes in alignment with ITIL and corporate strategy. Lead global ITSM projects (e.g., Operational Excellence, ChamPI, Carve Out) to improve efficiency and service quality. Ensure governance and compliance through standards such as House of Rules and annual policy reviews. Conduct business systems analysis to align IT solutions with business needs. Provide ITSM coaching and consulting to IT personnel globally to ensure process understanding and adoption. Design and manage ITSM performance dashboards and reporting tools to support operational and strategic decisions. Identify and implement process improvements and automation using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and low-code tools. Support and maintain ITSM platforms and tools to ensure operational excellence and service continuity.

Telecommuting permitted up to 4 days per month.

Full time employment, Monday -- Friday, 40 hours per week.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience.

Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:

• Designing, planning and operating IT services;
• Continuous improvement and automation of processes, including the ITSM Incident process, Service Setup process, and ITSM reporting process;
• Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM);
• Reporting methods including KPI tracking, developing Microsoft Power BI solutions, and data analysis utilizing KNIME; and
• Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) Platform including HPSM, BMC, CoSep, or DWH.

Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:

• Robotic process automation (RPA) including UiPath and Mendix (low-code);
• Process design and rule definition in House of Rules (HoR); and
• Handling and managing Business IT requirements in a global environment.

Must have 1 year of experience in Interface to Architecture Management, including data connection between LeanIX and IT service Catalog.

Must have led at least one (1) ITSM tool implementation project.

Telecommuting permitted up to 4 days per month.

Must have the following certification:

• Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) methodology: ITIL 4 Managing Professional.
