With five locations in West Michigan, our reach extends far beyond Grand Rapids, Holland, Muskegon, Lansing, and Kalamazoo. We are looking to hire a Class A Heavy Tow Truck Operator to join our team. This role is crucial in providing timely and professional towing services, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety. This position offers excellent earning potential — top performers can make $90,000+ annually!

Responsibilities

1. Operate heavy-duty tow trucks to assist vehicles in various situations, including winching out of ditches and upright roll-over vehicles.
2. Tow vehicles to repair facilities or storage lots as needed.
3. Respond to dispatch calls promptly and provide professional and courteous service to customers.
4. Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency calls, ensuring a response time within 20 minutes for 911 calls.
5. Maintain accurate records of services performed and communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.

Qualifications

1. CDL Class A Driver’s License.
2. Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
3. Strong work ethic and outstanding customer service skills.
4. Positive attitude and ability to work well with others.
5. Willingness to be part of an on-call rotation in addition to regular shifts.
