Bartender
La Strada Italian Kitchen & Bar is seeking an experienced and passionate bartender to join our team. We are looking for someone with strong knowledge of classic and craft cocktails, a creative approach to developing signature cocktails , and a genuine passion for hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve classic, craft, and signature cocktails with consistency and attention to detail.
- Create and suggest unique cocktails that complement our menu and wine program.
- Provide knowledgeable and welcoming service to guests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar.
- Follow responsible alcohol-service and restaurant standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous bartending experience required.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology.
- Creative and enthusiastic about developing signature drinks.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong attention to detail.
- TIPS Certification.
