Inside Sales Representative | Portage, MI
Salary Range: $47,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and digital channels.
- Prepare and present detailed product quotes, proposals, and sales agreements to prospective and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their manufacturing needs.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of manufacturing products, applications, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure accurate product specifications and delivery timelines.
- Accurately record all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates within the CRM system.
Recommended Qualifications
- Previous experience in inside sales or a B2B sales role, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and effectively communicate technical product specifications or complex solutions.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and sales automation tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening and persuasive selling.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Technical aptitude or background in a relevant engineering discipline
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes or specific product lines
- Experience with Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) software
