Great Lakes Energy is looking for a Truestream Solutions Supervisor to lead our frontline team in delivering top-tier support, service, and sales for Truestream's internet and voice solutions.

A Day in the Life of a Truestream Solutions Supervisor

Your day starts with checking in on key metrics and ensuring the Truestream Solutions team is set up for success. You're actively managing day-to-day operations within the call center environment, making sure customer support is timely, accurate, and always friendly. You will monitor team performance, resolve escalated customer concerns, and help your team grow through coaching and feedback. You are also involved in shaping the bigger picture by designing and implementing sales initiatives, adjusting team quotas, and using data to make informed decisions. You coordinate with other departments to enhance service tools and materials and work closely with IT and member services to troubleshoot billing system changes. While leading and supporting your team, you keep your focus on improving the overall customer experience, streamlining workflows, and driving results.

Who You Are

You're a people-first leader who thrives on coaching others, improving processes, and delivering meaningful results. You understand the value of great service and know how to build it through teamwork, accountability, and strategic thinking. You are tech-comfortable, calm under pressure, and quick to adapt. You bring a bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field, along with at least two years of relevant experience, including one or more years in a supervisory role. Bonus points if you've worked in broadband or telecom customer service or sales.
