Compensation:
- Salary: $17-$20/hr based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, organize, and implement engaging activity programs tailored to residents' needs.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to therapeutic recreation and activities.
- Coordinate activities that promote social interaction, cognitive engagement, and physical well-being.
- Work closely with residents, families, and staff to assess individual needs and interests.
- Supervise and train activity staff and volunteers.
- Maintain accurate documentation of resident participation and program effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) or Activities Professional preferred.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a social or recreational program, with at least one year in a therapeutic setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with residents with diverse backgrounds and cognitive abilities.
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to resident activities in a healthcare setting.
