- Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.
- Communicates and leads Assistant Teachers in classroom duties and children's needs and development.
- Participates in on-going training, meetings and conferences.
- Assists in Creating plans and maintain a fun and interactive learning experiences.

- Have ecperience working with young children and a passsion to help them grow and develop at individual paces.
