Salary: $45,000 to $65,000 per year

If so, then keep reading. . . KS Management Inc. is looking to add a full-time Community Association Manager to its growing company. We have over 50 years of combined experience managing condominiums and home owners' associations; we currently manage over 100 Associations in Southeast Michigan.
The Community Association Manager role is responsible for the daily business operations and management of the Community Association required in the governing documents and any applicable state law. The position requires the ability
to multi-task on a variety of levels with the utmost focus and professionalism.
The main duties of the role include:
- Conduct Meetings meet with vendors, community members, and the Board of Directors; prepare and distribute management reports and meeting agendas
- Alleviate pressure on the Board of Directors perform routine property inspections to identify violations of governing documents and rules
- Advise ensure Board members are equipped to make decisions that are in the best interest of the community
- Budget and Finance - oversee expenditures, budget creation, monitor payables and receivables
- Records - collect and organize all documentation related to Association operations including records, documents, and correspondence
- Vendor Management - coordinate bidding process, present the Board with the results, oversee vendor contracts, and ensure completion of approved scope of work
- Maintenance - general supervision of the maintenance of all common areas, keeping records of maintenance, ensure prompt compliance with any and all laws
*We do not manage Co-ops or apartments, Condominium Owner Associations and Homeowner Associations Only.
The ideal candidate must be an excellent leader, possess strong organizational skills, adhere to all standard operating procedures, be able to be create solutions and problem solve, and follow-through on multiple tasks and projects in a timely manner with great attention to detail. Successful candidates will be self-motivated, flexible, possess excellent communication skills, proficient in various software applications, and have a passion for exceptional customer service while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
The individual must allocate his/her time between the management office and the properties they manage to ensure that the highest standards of maintenance and continuity are present. Occasional evening hours are required for board meetings, however; compensated by either adjusting start or end work hours. Average work week consists of 45-50 hours.
