Quality Lab Technician
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Lab Technician to join our team in Holland, MI, on second shift. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. If you have a passion for quality assurance and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine testing and analysis of raw materials and finished products.
- Document and report test results accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure it is calibrated and functioning properly.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality assurance.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in a laboratory or quality control environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using laboratory equipment and software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements is a plus.
