General Summary

MalaceHR is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Team Member to support safe and efficient warehouse operations. This position is responsible for shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling activities to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods.

Essential Job Functions

(The following tasks are representative of typical duties and are not intended to be all-inclusive.)

• Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against supplier shipping documents.

• Accurately record shipment information in the company ERP system.

• Report shipment discrepancies and non-conformances to Team Leaders or Customer Service Representatives (CSRs).

• Accurately pick and fill orders from shelf inventory or daily receipts.

• Record shipping details in the ERP system and utilize 3rd-party logistics software to generate shipment labels and documentation.

• Safely package goods for shipment following company and carrier requirements.

• Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand carts, in a safe and efficient manner.

• Store materials in the proper warehouse locations.

• Perform routine inventory counts and identify discrepancies.

• Collaborate with Team Leaders and CSRs to investigate and resolve inventory issues.

• Document and report Non-Conformances, Corrective Actions, and Continuous Improvements.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Demonstrate and uphold MalaceHR’s Core Values in all work activities.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic understanding of—or ability to quickly learn—company product codes and terminology.

• Thorough understanding of warehouse operations, policies, and procedures.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Experience using ERP or warehouse management software.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
