Salary Range: $140,000 - $191,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily plant operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage plant budgets, control expenditures, and identify opportunities for cost reduction and resource optimization.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement Lean manufacturing principles to enhance operational excellence.
• Manage maintenance and reliability programs to ensure optimal performance and longevity of plant equipment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
• Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, develop budgets, and drive cost reduction initiatives.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, quality systems, and environmental compliance.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• MBA or Master's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management
• Experience implementing advanced automation or Industry 4.0 technologies
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to global operations or workforce demographics
