Metrology engineer

We’re looking for a Metrology Engineer to join our Kentwood West team. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of experience in metrology or a related technical field, who’s ready to grow their skills and make a meaningful impact on product quality and process improvement.

Supporting Meaningful Work – work brings deeper motivation, purpose and fulfillment to our lives

• Manage metrology backlog and inspection requests
• Program and operate CMM equipment for part validation
• Interpret blueprints and apply GD&T principles
• Collaborate with product and manufacturing engineers
• Support strategic projects and process improvements

Minimum Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in metrology or a technical field (or military equivalent)
• Proficiency in CMM programming and blueprint reading
• Basic understanding of GD&T
• This is a 100% on-site role at Kentwood West; candidates must be available to work on location daily

Desired Skills and Experience

• Familiarity with ICERS, PPAPs, and part validation
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience with fixture inspection and calibration
